I’m so glad you’re here.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned through my own journey, it’s that real change doesn’t happen by simply “thinking differently.” It happens when we begin to understand and shift the deeper patterns running beneath the surface — the ones stored in the subconscious mind.
This work is deeply personal to me because transformation isn’t something I just guide others through — it’s something I continue to live and experience myself.
Like many people, I’ve faced challenges, self-doubt, fear, emotional overwhelm, and moments of feeling disconnected from who I truly was. Throughout my life, there have been people, experiences, and modalities that helped me reconnect to myself in powerful ways — and that’s ultimately what led me to this work.
I became passionate about the subconscious mind because I saw firsthand how much of our lives are shaped by unconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, past experiences, and nervous system responses we may not even realise are driving us.
So many people are trying to “fix” themselves consciously while their subconscious mind is still operating from fear, survival, pressure, shame, or old conditioning.
That’s why my approach goes beyond surface-level talk therapy.
Using a blend of counselling, NLP, hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, and transformational techniques, I help people create deep, lasting change from the inside out.
Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, low self-worth, trauma, fears, relationship patterns, or simply feeling stuck — my goal is to help you reconnect (get out of the way of yourself) so you can grow into the person you know you could be.
I truly believe that healing isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about removing the layers, patterns, and stories that stopped you from feeling like yourself in the first place.
And there is nothing more rewarding to me than watching someone realise that issue is not their personality— its a defence mechanism and those patterns that can be changed.
